GENDER
Boy!

HOW’S BABY DOING
Baby is now around 14 inches tall and weighs about 2lb. Baby is gearing up his immune system by borrowing some of my antibodies! Baby's eyes that have been sealed for months are now starting to open, this means he will be more responsive to light.

WEIGHT CHANGE
I have recently climbed on the scales and so far have gained 2lbs!

SYMPTOMS
Acid reflux has been a new one the past couple of weeks, its absolutely awful in the evenings especially when I'm lounging on the sofa or in bed, I can feel it burning in my throat! My SPD has been hurting again and I actually had another physiotherapy appointment and sure enough my hip was twisted again, I was also given a better support band now that I am getting bigger.

SLEEP
I have been really struggling with sleep this week, restless legs is becoming a new thing and makes it so hard to settle to go to sleep. Otherwise once I am asleep I can sleep until morning or early hours when I will need a wee.

CRAVINGS
Ive been craving real homely foods, to the point of downloading the Toby Carvery app so I can conveniently book a table haha!

HOW I’M FEELING
I'm feeling mentally exhausted this week, I lost my brother just over a week ago and its been tough to grieve whilst pregnant. We also have a lot of other stuff going on and my brain is feeling a bit frazzled. We still haven't bought anything for baby or even thought about it yet but I imagine in a few weeks we will start shopping.

MISS ANYTHING
I miss fitting into my old clothes, I feel like I'm wearing the same things all the time and practically live in my maternity leggings now!

FAVOURITE RECENT OUTFIT
Definitely my H&M maternity leggings and any long top I can find to cover my bump and bum.

BEST MOMENT THIS WEEK
Baby has been kicking around a lot more, I feel like he is big enough now for my anterior placenta to not be a problem.

LOOKING FORWARD TO
I think we might go ahead and book a 4D scan although I am holding back as I do have a anterior placenta so I'm worried we won't get good photos, its also a lot of money to risk as well. If you had a anterior placenta and a 4D scan Id love to know how you got on and how many weeks you were when you went?
