Mums- Space.co.uk is open for members to post information related to pregnancy and new motherhood on the forum and classified. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure it does not contain anything that is deemed abusive, obscene, indecent, unlawful, threatening or invades the privacy of another person (or member) infringes copyrights, trademarks or proprietary rights of Mums Space.

 

We reserve the right to delete anything that meets the above criteria.

 

 

Supplying personal details and information while using this site is at your discretion. Your personal details will not be provided to any third party companies or organisations.

 

 

Information contained in email transmissions may sometimes arrive late or not at all or may be corrupted, destroyed or incomplete. Email transmissions are also susceptible to interception and may carry viruses. Mums Space does not and cannot guarantee that attachments are virus free or compatible with your systems and does not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of any viruses or computer problems experienced nor any errors or omissions in the information or other contents of email transmissions which arise as a result of this form of communication.

 

If you require a secure or error free communication, please request an alternative method of delivery. Delivery

 

 

Mums Space delivers to mainland England, mainland Scotland and Wales only.

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt. You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched.

 

Delivery is made by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and is charged at £4.99 per order.

 

Delivery will be made within 10 working days (Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are not classed as working days)

 

 

Returns & Cancellations

 

 

All goods must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of receipt and must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.

 

The cost of return is non-refundable.

 

This does not affect your rights under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
